Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any software module ("Addon") provided by Oduist OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or install any Addon.

2. License Grant

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable licenseto install and use the purchased Addon on one Odoo instance (identified by its unique instance hash). Each additional instance requires a separate license purchase.

Free Addons are provided under the same terms without payment. We reserve the right to change the pricing of any Addon at any time; however, licenses already purchased remain valid indefinitely.

Payments are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service. All prices are listed in EUR. Paddle handles applicable taxes and invoicing.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of purchase, without requiring any justification.

To request a refund, email team@oduist.com with your registration number and purchase details. Once a refund is processed, your license will be revoked and you must remove the licensed Addon from all instances and cease all commercial usage immediately.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

6. Updates and Support

Your license entitles you to receive updates to the purchased Addon as they become available. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our public channels (GitHub, email). We do not guarantee specific response times unless covered by a separate support agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All Addons, including source code, documentation, and associated materials, are the intellectual property of Oduist OÜ. Your license grants usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Addons are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any Addon will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Odoo or third-party software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oduist OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any Addon. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Addon giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was made. Continued use of our Addons after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
